3 Chamberlain Square – Paradise Circus, Birmingham

2024/2025 Ellite Cladding has been awarded with the installation of red terracotta façade and ogee arches (more than 8,000 bespoke façade panels on 3,000 windows).
Located between the Grade I-listed Birmingham Town Hall and the tram link the 10-storey, 42 metre-tall office block will provide 17,500 square metres of Grade A office space in the Paradise regeneration zone.
The project forms an integral part of Phase 2 of the prestigious city centre Paradise development and will create 189,000 sq ft of commercial space over 10 storeys.
